It is recent enough to matter and specific enough to be worth a conversation, and the owner's answer sits on the same public page. Pin down who would actually be on your job and what happens if something needs redoing. Houzz puts typical jobs between $2,000 and $40,000, so get the scope in writing before anyone breaks ground. Just go in with that 2023 job in mind, and note that nobody has written publicly about them since.
