J.C. A recent customer said Eddie and his team came out on a Friday for a routine septic pump. When a septic alarm went off Saturday morning, he called back and was at the property in less than 40 minutes, and that customer said the issue was fully resolved within a few hours. On a recent job that turned out to be a bigger problem than anticipated, a customer said permits were pulled and the property was brought back so the only difference was the seed and straw over the work area. A 2025 customer said Eddie installed their new septic system. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Eddie and his team worked for them on two properties, from excavation through perc testing and assisting in design to routine pump outs. A 2025 customer with a very small lot said the company designed and gained approvals quickly, and called the cleanup, regrading and seeding at completion very good. A 2023 customer said the pump burned out in their septic tank, and that Nota put a band aid on it so the plumbing could still be used while the pump was ordered, then did the repair. A 2026 customer who called with an emergency said Eddie called back a few minutes after a voicemail and was fair on pricing.
