A 2022 customer said Jackman's provided their fuel and serviced their heating system, then installed a new boiler for them; that customer said Tim responded quickly to emails. A 2024 customer whose 27-year-old hot water tank failed said Tim ordered a new system right away and Dan and Joe got them up and running within hours of the indirect hot water tank's arrival. A 2024 customer who woke up to no hot water said a technician called back an hour after their message and was at the house 30 minutes later, and that George did the problem solving that brought the hot water back. A 2023 customer said that after other companies failed to resolve problems with their home propane boiler, Jackman's fit them in although busy and left the boiler "running better than ever." A 2026 customer said the service department's work was fast and dependable. A 2024 reviewer said the company would not come check a propane tank gauge that read 80 percent on an empty tank, then charged to relight the pilot, and called the woman who takes phone calls very rude. A 2022 customer who asked for an estimate on a garage heater and tank install said they waited a week, called to check on it, and were then told the company was declining the work.

We woke up to no hot water. Left a message and a technician called an hour later and was at our house 30 minutes later. George did a great job problem solving and we had our hot water back much faster than we every hoped for.
My girlfriend called about the propane tank gauge not working was reading 80 present an it was empty they said no it works reading 80 persent obviously it not working if it’s empty they wouldn’t even come check it then charge 100 dollars too relite the pilot when it automatically relates an charges too put soap around two connections what a joke lady that takes phone calls is veary rude not recommended
I wanted to say thank you to the Jackman's crew for responding and resolving our 27 year old hot water tanks failure this past Christmas. Dalton and Joe answered so many of our questions about our new system, were polite, respectful and knowledgeable, truly an impressive team! Tim ordered our new system right away and got it to us as quickly as possible, and Dan & Joe got us up and running within hours of the indirect hot water tanks arrival. Thank you!!! This all happened in the timespan of the Saturday before Christmas and the day after Christmas. Thank you Tim, Dan, Joe, & Dalton! We appreciated all your work towards a timely turnaround.
Jackman's has come through for us on several occasions over the years. Recently I went round and round with various other companies trying to get problems with my home propane boiler resolved and wasted a lot of money. Then I called Jackman's, and although they were very busy they fit me in. The guy who came out was SO GOOD! clearly knowledgable, willing to answer questions, and left our boiler running better than ever. I wont even bother going elsewhere any more!
