He came to try to fix my stove on Christmas Eve! Unfortunately, it needed a part that needed to be ordered but it did get repaired. Thanks again Jacob!
I had Jacob over to my house to fix a noisy dryer. He was polite, took his boots off at the door, and listened while I showed him the problem. The solution was not immediately obvious, but Jacob stuck with it, and used good reasoning to figure it out. My dryer is now whisper quiet again.
Jacob is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He also has a good sense of humor. I will be using his services again, when needed, and passing his name on to friends and family.
