The company says it's been at this since 1972; the Better Business Bureau puts its start a year later, in 1973, and has rated it A+ and kept it accredited since December 2010, with Della Jennings listed as President. It's a certified Massachusetts Women Business Enterprise, verified active by the state Supplier Diversity Office through October 2026, and its site notes UL-listed central station monitoring for its alarm systems. On the licensing side there's a real wrinkle: the state registry shows electrician license #1184, held by James W Baptist, as expired — while BBB's own listing for that same license number shows an expiration date of 7/31/2028. The company's site separately lists several more license numbers (1184C, 2215D, 3163 C1, SS001732) that haven't been independently verified. Worth asking directly which license currently covers the installation work before signing a contract, given that discrepancy.
