Jay Moody HVAC

Jay Moody HVAC is a Leominster heating and cooling contractor whose site describes a family business designing heat pump, furnace, boiler and central AC systems for homes and light commercial properties, with plumbing, electrical and indoor-air-quality work alongside, and cites 40 years in business. The BBB lists Leo Sharkey as president, rates the company A+ and has listed it as accredited since 2021. Its Massachusetts hvac license (353-SM-B), held by Jay Moody Inc, is expired on the state registry. The BBB lists licence number 7022 from the Division of Professional Licensure. Local posters speak well of it. In a July 2025 Nextdoor post from Gardner, a customer said Jay Moody had installed a new furnace and checks their HVAC every year. In January 2024, a commenter on r/WorcesterMA said they used Jay Moody and had a great experience. A complaint on its BBB page calls the company cheaters, saying it changed the contract three times within a week and then said the system was out of stock.
