Matthew responded quickly, fixed my AC, gave me a few tips, and was extremely polite and professional. Definitely will be calling any time I need repairs or maintenance.

I had a nightmare scenario, where my boiler wasn't working after several days of a *different* company messing it up. Of course, right before the holiday weekend, and with 2F temps forecasted. Matt was all booked up, but took the time to ask questions about what was wrong, offered ideas and suggestions of quirks with my particular brand. Very empathetic and knowledgeable. Although I was able to get someone to come fix the issues that the other company left me holding the bag on (including at leas one of the things Matt suggested looking at), I had a strong sense that if all else failed, Matt would likely have come to help... he seems like that kind of guy. I'm likely going to be replacing the boiler next year, and I know that Northern Climate will be on a very short list of companies I'd want to work with!

Matt was willing to come out, was very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed and repaired both our heater and AC. He also Showed us the problem, and educated us to help make sure we do not run into the same issues in the future. The rates seemed reasonable. He clearly explained and went over every charge, responded to every question, and was very friendly. We would highly recommend him.

Matt came by and immediately discovered the problem and fixed it right on the spot. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the services he provides and if I need any HVAC services in the future Northern Climate is the first place I'm going.
