When a furnace failed, a May 2026 customer said Brandon and his team responded quickly and explained the work clearly. Supreme Air describes itself as a family-owned HVAC business operated by Brandon from Leominster, providing residential heating, cooling, heat-pump and mini-split installation and service across North Central Massachusetts. Its website names Leominster, Fitchburg, Gardner, Lunenburg, Worcester, Westminster, Templeton and Winchendon as its service area and says it is Mass Save authorized. A June 2026 customer described clear communication, diagnosis of the necessary fixes and central air working again for summer. Another customer, writing in May, praised Brandon’s prompt arrival and explanation of needed work. That customer said the AC was in good condition but needed cleaning and planned to call him again in September for heating service. Replacement and installation jobs appear in older customer accounts. In June 2025, a repeat customer said Supreme Air scheduled an HVAC-system replacement quickly and completed it before the summer heat set in. A November 2025 customer described Brandon accommodating their schedule and getting a system installed for a tenant before rebates ended. That customer called the price fair and compared the new units favorably with the previous electric baseboard heaters. In an October 2024 Angi review, a customer described installation of a Fujitsu mini-split system, with the crew working through a hot Sunday so the customer had AC that night. In May 2025, another customer said a flood had destroyed their boiler and praised Supreme Air for working quickly and efficiently when a new boiler was needed. He described replies to calls, emails or texts within 24 hours, often the same day, along with explanations and competitive pricing.
