A 3-season room estimated at about 4 weeks, completed in just over 3: that is how one recent Google customer described hiring JC Construction. That customer said Josh ensured there were no idle days waiting for material delivery. A recent customer said JC Construction built a new deck, gave immediate responses to many questions, and was very quick about scheduling. That customer said Josh made suggestions about cost-effective but popular styles and that the work is up to code. A 2026 customer said Josh installed new floors and got the job done right on time. A 2025 customer said Josh replaced 2 landings at their home and started and completed the work as promised. That 2025 customer hired him again to replace 2 sliding doors and said that job was completed on schedule. In a 2026 Thumbtack review, a customer described electrical projects in the kitchen: outlet upgrades, new recessed lighting and a chandelier. That customer said David, the owner of JC Construction / Landscaping, personally called with a quote, and the electrician who came found the chandelier's real problem was wrong bulbs and an outdated dimmer. A 2023 Thumbtack customer said they fell in love with the design and creativity of a front entrance. A 2023 Thumbtack customer said they paid a $50.00 diagnosis charge for a washer that made a noise on the spin cycle. That 2023 customer said the washer was smoking and smelled like burnt rubber the next day, and the company then failed to show for three promised visits while pushing the purchase of a new machine. On Google the business holds 5 stars from 33 ratings; on Thumbtack, 4.5 stars from 8.
