DelBar Builders recently completely renovated our 2400sf Windham, NH home. Scott Delaney, Matt Delaney, their employees and sub-contractors did excellent work. We were in the best of hands with these professionals. We came with a basic design but Scott and Matt took it from there. They understood what we were going for and made it happen. All their suggestions were so appreciated and added significantly to the quality of our “new” home. They renovated the kitchen and baths, added a custom primary walk-in-closet, butlers pantry and powder room (as well as additional custom cabinets), and created a second floor laundry room for us. They installed new hardwood throughout, and painted the whole interior. They replaced our oil furnace with a state of the art heat pump-A/C, as well as rehabbed our farmers porch and screened porch. All in record time. We are extremely happy with the results and can’t say enough good things about DelBar. Since purchasing our home 30 years ago this is our third DelBar renovation: previously Scott added a second floor, and also built us a two car garage addition. Quality like this inspires loyalty.
