With four dogs, pet hair is just part of life. Unfortunately, enough of it collected on our evaporator coil over the years that our AC froze up right before this week's 100+ degree heat wave. After seeing how clogged the coil was, I called JC Duct Cleaning. John Carroll and his assistant Steve were fantastic. They thoroughly vacuumed, brushed, and cleaned the coil, then finished it with a foaming cleaner to remove any remaining buildup. Our AC was back up and running in no time. What impressed me most was John's honesty and integrity. During a brutal heat wave, he could have easily charged much more, but his price was extremely fair. John is one of the nicest, most genuine people I've met in the trades. When I'm back to work and can afford to have the ducts cleaned, there is no question who I'll be calling. I highly recommend JC Duct Cleaning!

John and his team arrived on time and did an excellent job in cleaning our dryer and HVAC vents! Prior to scheduling JC Duct Cleaning, we were sneezing a lot in the house and realized that we hadn't had the ducts cleaned since we moved in, in 2021 and wasn't sure when they had last been done. Our downstairs neighbor had used JC Duct Cleaning and recommended them. I'm glad they did as I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone that needs their ducts cleaned. Boston houses can be difficult given their ages and the possible remodeling that has occurred over time and our building is no different. Regardless, the JC Duct Cleaning team had "seen it all" and was able to maneuver around all of the unusual piping that had been retrofitted to our 1890 building. They were fast, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend them!
