J.C Pools always a pleasure to deal with. Good people, knowledgeable very willing to help answer any questions I have. The prices are better than any place around. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Totally dissatisfied with J.C Pools. I purchased my new home in 2023 and received documents from the homeowner that J.C Pools put in the pool. Well the homeowner did not take care of the pool and I was looking to have the pool repaired. I had then called J.C Pools because they were familiar with this pool (wish I would have gone somewhere else). The owner came out and had an attitude like the damaged pool was our fault as we explained we just purchased the property. Total experience was horrible. Quote had water in it (that was not included), didn’t get the liner I wanted and even asked for the price of each liner and was told just pick one. The liner lock isn’t even all around my pool and is now falling apart. Called and asked for someone to come out and replace it and want it all around my pool and was advised that would cost money. I paid almost $15,000 for a new liner and totally dissatisfied. Don’t go to through this company and please get other quotes an do your research. Not customer friendly as this was all advised to J.C pool. Their customers do not come first.

my granson went in there with his dad yesterday and their dogs attacked him. only 2 years old and was bit in the face and hand. luckily my son in law grabbed him up before it was worse. they are not taking responsibility and still let the dogs free roam the store. hes not the first child they have went at. absolutely disgraceful... they lied and said he fell on the dog. even if he did, which he did not, the dog should not lunge for a childs face. they are off leash and clearly reactive. hes only 2. witnesses were there that back our story. do not go to this store.

JC Pools did an outstanding job installing our pool. John's expertise is very helpful in all aspects of the build. Everyone in the company is on board, they follow the timeline given, they complete the work within the timeline, there are no hidden costs as everything is outlined before they start, and when you go to their store for products, they know you and your pool. Everyone on their team is so professional and helpful. We considered the addition of a pool in our yard for several years, and our only regret is not having done it sooner. We knew it would add to family and friend events, but we have found the health benefits of daily swimming to be worth it alone. We are thankful to have had such a great company to work with and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely perfect experience. Outside of the pool being beautiful, this company is a dream to work with. They were quick to come on site for a consult, then helped design every bit of detail of the pool itself. They have endless knowledge so they knew exactly how to deliver what we envisioned. When construction began, they were on time, quick, and professional. Even after the pool was done, they were eager to help with any questions or minor issues we had. They answered their phones or called us back within 24 hours (usually way less). They showed up on site for any fixes within 24 hours. Their communication is unmatched. We cannot thank them enough for giving us the pool of our dreams and dealing with our endless questions. John and Johnny are a dream team!
