You can't really ask for any more from an electrician. He came out to look at a job and within a few days he sent over a price on a 200 Amp service upgrade that was in line with the other estimates I had received. The reason I went with Josh is I felt like he was actually listening and answering my questions rather than getting a bunch of "No problem" from the other guys who didn't seem to listen and were just waiting for me to stop talking so they could continue their sales pitch. Josh actually explained a few things to me that sent us in a different direction that ended up working out amazing. Since the panel upgrade he's been over here for little things and bailed us out on a Saturday night when we had an emergency. I wasn't expecting him to come over but he insisted he come out so my kids and wife wouldn't be without internet over the weekend. Good dude. Good dude.
If you need an electrician I would highly recommend Josh. He is very knowledgeable, professional, hardworking and fair. He always gets back to you and shows up when he is supposed to. He is a great guy and family man.
