Jeff and his assistant John were very polite and professional in the installation of my new furnace. They answered all my questions and cleaned up any mess that occurred during the installation process. I highly recommend Jeff and his company for any HVAC you need to have done.
Jeff and John did a great job installing our a/c mini splits. From the initial walk thru to provide the estimate through final installation they kept us informed of the whole process, answered all of our questions and kept the disruptions to a minimum. Very friendly, competent, and accommodating.
I have had Jeff MacKay to my home in order to figure out a couple of different problems. He is very professional and clearly explains why there is a problem and how it could be fixed ...or not. One issue I had was a whole house AC unit that would work wonderfully until it stopped being great. Jeff came and figured out the problem and took care of it. I am very happy to have hired him and will call him whenever I need his services. He always was very fair in his pricing ! I can not give the total price of what I paid him as there was more than one time he came. I felt he was always very fair!
