Jeff did a very good job with snaking the drain of my kitchen sink He was on time and very courteous. Thank you.
We had our water heater and pipes cleaned by 128 Home Services, and Emily was our technician. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain each step clearly and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated her professionalism and great service. Thank you, Emily!
Joey did a fabulous job explaining why our air conditioning units needed to be serviced and how it would extend the life. He showed us what he was doing and was very communicative and professional the entire time. Highly recommend. A ++
Annual inspection of my heat pumps was exceptional. Besides insuring that the systems were all running smoothly, the technician, Emily, did a great job in helping me understand some of the remote settings. She made sure that each of the mini splits was set at the most optimal setting. And she was a pleasure to deal with.
If I could have given 10 stars to your Service Tech Jake Z I would have.. He did an excellent job ensuring my heat pump was operating in tip top shape. He cleaned it both inside and outside. He explained everything to me and left me feeling very comfortable and satisfied with 128 . He is a credit to your company. Thanks again for a job well done.
