Jeff's Power Washing

House siding and decks feature in customers’ accounts of Jeff’s Power Washing, whose website says it serves residential and commercial customers on the South Shore and beyond. The company lists towns including Brockton, Bridgewater, Whitman, Taunton, Canton, and Halifax, and offers free estimates. Its written customer accounts date from 2014–2015. In a July 2014 Angi review, a homeowner said employees explained how they would clean exterior PVC trim and cedar shingles, arrived on time, and left the house looking good. Another reviewer that month said Jeff finished the job in less than thirty minutes and that the siding looked new. A June 2014 customer described Chris and another worker cleaning the house and deck after agreeing on a price for additional work. There were also specific complaints. An August 2014 Angi reviewer said the workers were pleasant and did a good job, but siding was lifted in two places; the customer tried to repair it and ultimately taped it. In July 2014, another customer said a cleaning solvent killed five potted tomato plants. They praised the cleaning itself but said they had not been told when the crew would arrive, and reported that Jeff apologized and reduced the bill by $25. A July 2014 deck-cleaning reviewer was disappointed that stain remained on the railing and spindles. They said Jeff explained that exposing bare wood would require sanding and offered another wash, which the customer declined. Pricing and arrival communication also drew mixed accounts that month: one customer said they did not receive an advertised $175 deal but negotiated an acceptable price; another praised the results and bargain price while saying a promised arrival-time update never came.
