Jimenez Home Services

Jimenez Home Services is a Methuen contractor whose actual trade is hard to pin down from what's on file: HomeAdvisor's category header lists powerwashing and fence installation, its own 'Services we offer' field says just landscaping, and the one detailed customer review describes a $7,000 renovation and new-construction project instead. Free estimates and Spanish-language service are both advertised. All three reviews on the page are dated the same month, June 2024, with nothing before or after. Two are brief — 'Very good experience,' 'really good service, i recommend' — and the third, longer one calls the renovation and new-construction work 'top notch,' says the customer loved the results, and says they'd hire the company again for a future project. Given the mismatch between what the business lists as its services and what the one real review describes, it's worth asking directly what kind of work they actually do before assuming this is a fencing or landscaping company — and worth asking for more recent references, since the visible track record is a single month.
