JME starts on the gutters and often ends up doing the rest of the house. A May 2024 customer wrote that the siding and gutters went so well they asked Jason to stay on and redo the breezeway, then the deck, then a new door. A March 2024 customer took the same route, from a sheetrock job to a rebuilt front porch, a new deck and finally a shed. The company works out of 53 Longhill Rd in Lynn, and its Angi profile covers seamless and copper gutters, sheet metal panels, roofing, decking replacement and handyman work, with highlights that say 25 years of experience and amenities listing free estimates and warranties. Its Angi rating is 5.0 across 22 ratings, with 147 project photos on the profile. The roof jobs are where the technical detail sits. In a November 2020 review, a homeowner called the transition from the main roof to a flat roof a challenge that had to be flashed correctly to avoid leaks, said the crew knew exactly what they were doing, and reported no issues since the replacement. Another customer that same month said the original roof came off and the new one went on in a single day, with the site left as clean as they found it. An October 2025 customer said the estimate was affordable, the crew came on the day and time specified, and Jason installed a box vent on an aluminum roof. Gutters are still the core of it. A May 2023 customer replacing gutters described a temporary fix holding things until the scheduled work, updates through the job and cleanup at the end of each day. A June 2021 customer credited Jason with talking through the options for a new installation and getting back quickly. An August 2023 customer had guards put in and said the owner did the estimate himself and scheduled the work soon after. Pricing lands mid-market: a 2022 customer comparing several gutter bids said JME's was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, and the job values disclosed in the Angi reviews run from $675 to $16,000. Hours are 7am to 4pm on weekdays, closed weekends. A good call for gutters, gutter guards and roof replacement, and for the exterior punch list that tends to grow once someone is on site. Confirm licensing and insurance for your particular job, get the warranty terms in writing, and agree the scope before extras are added.
