A 2024 customer said Jo-Ann's Gardens created a garden on their property, with five people on site making sure the customer was happy every step of the way. On Google it averages 4.6 stars from 75 ratings, and it holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. A recent visitor from North Carolina bought 12 plants and said one of the owners gave them an extra plant because the one they picked was a little dry, then kept the plants for them until they were on their way home. A 2025 customer said the plants they bought thrived at home. A 2023 customer said they were in and out in 10 minutes with half a yard of loam, a little over $15, dumped in their truck. A recent customer paid $31 apiece for two hanging plants and found them pot bound three days later. A 2024 customer called the pricing outrageous, citing $30 for a bag of potting soil against $10 for a similar product at Gray's. A 2022 customer said they bought several large pine trees totaling over $2,000 and paid for delivery, but the movers left the trees on the driveway instead of moving them to the holes the customer had dug, saying the dolly they needed was at another site. A 2022 customer said their daughter was given barely half a yard of gravel when a full yard was ordered.
