Never rehire... takes off in the middle of a project, uses the cheapest of products.
He always says that he is going to show up and never does. He has terrible customer service and has an excuse for everything. I am very dissatisfied!
I hired John to redo a porch that was falling off my house in March 2019, he started the job, did not build it the right size, did not put rails on the deck, my dog fell off the deck and had the her to the vet, the last step he was to put in indoor/outdoor carpeting the deck floor, he instead put a vinyl floor down when it was hot, but there was not insulation under the floor, so the flooring was bubbling up, I called John he told us he will take care it the problem and never did, we paid a total of around $25000.00 and now he will not return any calls or text messages
Project delayed by weather and employee sick call ins. Working together to resolve. John is very accommodating.
Very unreliable. I had a very bad experience with him,. He does not keep his promises. He cheated me by taking my money and not doing the work.
