I hired John in April to trouble shoot and fix 2 antique floor lamps. He came to my house and picked them up then said he would return them in June. It is now November and I have called him 10 times and several emails with NO RESPONSE! Others may have had better experience but mine has not been positive. I now just want MY LAMPS BACK! Unfortunately, I want to bring my experience to everyone's attention so they are properly warned ahead of time. Be warned and I hope to get a resolution ASAP but I'm beginning to lose hope.
Service was quick and done right the first time. Customer service was perfect.
I contacted three electricians to quote this job. One electrician required payment to provide a quote that would be forfeit if they were not awarded the job. The other electrician that quoted the job did not have a clear understanding of the work needed even after meeting twice to review the job. The electrical system in the building is old, but the issues were repairable without having to convert to a more modern installation. John S Leger had a clear understanding of the work required, and quoted a couple of options. Once awarded the job, the work was completed on time and within budget. The repairs accommodated the age of the system and were seamless. We've had several compliments on the work performed.
Jack took on a task of repairing an old massage chair when I could find no one else. He loves the challenge. Spent 3 hours testing piece by piece and got it working. Saved me spending $5000 to replace it. He was extremely pleasant and meticulous with clean up. Highly recommend.Ra
