Install department is very competitive with pricing, fast and efficent. Service is growing and they opened a new department further north. Highly recommend.
Called several times to make an appointment only to be told to call back later. When finally able to schedule an appointment they showed up on the wrong day when I wasn't home and then tried to charge me for it. Would not recommend.
Called the service department to service a piece of equipment that Johnson and Jordan sold and installed, new just 2 years ago. I was charged $300+ for them to come out, look at the unit send me an invoice with a note at the bottom saying, “they didn’t think they had the knowledge or equipment to fix it.” Didn’t bother to point me in the direction of a competent solution, no follow up phone call, nothing. Meanwhile my business is not able to operate until this situation is resolved. Terrible customer service, would not recommend to my competitor.
