Coastal Efficiency, Inc.

I was fortunate to be referred to Coastal Efficiency in my search for someone experienced with installing heat pumps in old homes. I asked for minimal visual evidence of the inner workings of the system, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Rob conceived a creative plan that used existing structures for hiding ductwork, and the rest of the team executed the plan beautifully. The finish work lived up to the quality of the rest of the project. Communication was excellent and the work was done with efficiency! Thank you so much.

Cam and his crew at Coastal Efficiency worked to put in heat pumps recently at our property. They were professional, informative, and responsive. It was very refreshing (and is quite rare nowadays) how straight forward and helpful they were before, during, and after the installation was complete. I highly recommend them if you are in need.

After our home was flooded in Wells Maine in 2024. long story short, we demolished the home and are in the middle of our re-build. Thru my General Contractor, we met Cameron from Coastal Efficiency, Cameron and his skilled team have done an outstanding job, very professional, solid workmanship. They are in the process of installing mini-split systems in our "forever" home. Final installation is the next step but the rough in they did was excellent! When we asked if they could place one of the heating/AC cassettes in a different location, Cameron needed to assess the cost and to my surprise, moved the Cassette. I am planning to have Coastal provide maintenance service on the system they installed. They go above and beyond to do there best to please and satisfy expectations. If your looking for professional, honest Heating & AC contractor, I highly recommend Cameron and his skilled team!

We are writing this to give Cam of Coastal Efficiency a 5-star rating. After being referred by a friend, we reached out regarding a mini-split system for our park model unit in Wells, Maine. From our first contact, he was professional and responsive, meeting with us within days. He recommended the best system for our needs and took the time to explain everything in detail so we felt comfortable. He was always accessible by email, text, and phone, even after the installation was complete. We also appreciate his collaboration on the flashing; we followed his advice, and the installation process went smoothly with very clean lines. Cam returned as he said he would to demonstrate how the system works and ensure we were 100% satisfied. We highly recommend Cam and Coastal Efficiency!

I highly recommend Coastal Efficiency. Cam and Rob were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining the best heat pump option for our home. They were quick to respond to any questions we had through the whole process and showed up when they said they would. They are professional, honest, and their work is high quality. In my experience, that’s hard to find. I look forward to working with them again to install a system in my mom’s home.
