I had an excellent experience with Johnson Bros. Plumbing & Drain Cleaning and their colleague Jahz Malary was kindhearted, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely diligent throughout the entire service visit.<br><br>He completed a toilet reset, repaired the toilet flange, replaced the wax ring, properly leveled the toilet, fixed my bathroom tub spout, and addressed an issue with my kitchen sink support.<br><br>He took the time to explain the work, answer my questions, and ensure everything was done correctly rather than rushing through the job.<br><br>What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and commitment to finding the root cause of the problems. He was respectful of my home, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work.<br><br>The repairs were completed properly, the toilet is now solid with no rocking, and everything is functioning as it should. It's hard to find a plumber who is both highly skilled and genuinely helpful, and jahz malary was both.<br><br>I would definitely use Johnson Bros. Came over within a day after I discovered a leak, Nate explained everything clearly, why the leaked happened and what I can do to prevent it and gave me peace of mind that its not a leak that caused significant damage. A few years ago I also needed to replace my hot water tank, had a new one by monday (tank failed saturday morning). Got it up tight stairs and into a tight spot no issue!
