Johnson's Plumbing & Heating

In an August 2026 Google review, a customer wrote that Johnson's Plumbing & Heating was very prompt, left their home clean and tidy, and that they love the new sink. The company works from 57 Canterbury Rd in Plainfield, Connecticut, holds an A+ grade from the BBB, and shows 5 stars from 10 Google ratings. In a December 2024 Google review, a customer wrote that the company came to fix a clogged drain on a Sunday at no extra charge, after everyone else they called was unavailable. Dan found that the plumbing under the sink had not been done properly in the first place, solved the problems, and gave advice without being pushy about it, in that reviewer's words. A December 2023 Google review describes an electric water heater replacement. Johnson's gave a rough estimate over the phone and offered to look at the job the same day; Dan came out with a price the reviewer called much cheaper than the competitors, and they ended up with a water heater fitted with a leak-detection system that shuts off supply to the tank. The job was completed a few days later. In April 2024, a Google reviewer wrote that the company had just replaced their decaying pipes with PEX piping and called its pricing excellent. Another April 2024 reviewer, in a panic but willing to wait, wrote that he came right out anyway and fixed the issue. A September 2023 reviewer wrote that the company did emergency service at a late hour, and in May 2025 a customer wrote that they did not expect the husband and wife team, who arrived on time and put drop cloths everywhere.
