In May 2023 a Google reviewer with no water at all called Scott at Preston Plumbing & Heating. Over the phone he had them try a few things; when that did not solve it, he came out immediately and tested the system, found that the pump he had installed in their 200-foot well almost 30 years earlier was bad, and installed a new one the next day. In a November 2024 Google review, a customer wrote that Preston replaced their well pump in 2021 and had just replaced their water pressure tank, citing honest prices and saying it will be their first call for any plumbing issues. Google shows 3.7 stars from 12 ratings. Its BBB page carries a customer complaint about a warranty dispute and billing.

Absolutely no water. Called Scott. Over the phone he had me try a few things. When those did not solve our problem, he came out immediately and tested our system. Water pump he had installed in our 200 foot deep well almost 30 years ago, was bad. Next day installed new water pump. Excellent response and service. Answered any questions to my satisfaction too.
Preston Plumbing & Heating contact/plumber Scott FREMOVEDrefuses to honor toilet warranty after $500 installation and charging for extra unused parts. There is an internal bowl crack which is covered by the warranty.
