He was easy to work with: communicated effectively, did what he said and showed up on time. He is reasonably priced and the final bill was very close to his initial estimate. Had a problem with flashing lights in the house and called Joe the following morning. He came right out and quickly determined that the main feed to the breaker panel was faulty and needed replacement. Because it was a safety issue, he postponed other work and fixed our issue right away. Additionally, he took what had been a pretty sloppy installation and cleaned it up to be safe and professional. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone needing service in the Hudson area.
Mike came on time and was very friendly and professional. He communicated right away with my husband that the scope of work would change due to the code requirements and that in turn was going to increase our price. He had time and was able to do the additional work required in the same visit, so we went ahead with it without having to reschedule. We were so happy with our experience and are already considering a couple more projects that we might need them to come back for. We would definitely recommend to friends or family.
