JPB Residential Contracting is the outfit people call after something has gone wrong with the house: a rotted deck, a roof leak, a fire. It holds 5 stars on Google from 5 ratings, and one customer names James as the owner. One customer said James and his crew did a complete tear-down and rebuild of a rotted deck and worked to get it done in time for July 4th weekend. Another job began with a major roof leak that damaged the siding, shingles and interior; that customer said JPB fixed it and that all work was communicated clearly ahead of time. After a fire, a customer said JPB did their deck roof, siding and some painting, and kept the work area clean. A customer whose house had major damage inside and out said James and crew fixed both and that any additional work was communicated clearly. On a deck project the customer called a major cost, James came up with a compass idea, and the customer said they were kept well informed as the project progressed.
