Its own site describes an audit that shows where comfort and energy costs are being lost, followed by a plan for insulation, air sealing, windows and other upgrades, and the company says it has been in business six years. On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 40 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau grade is A+. A recent customer described a home energy audit led by Oscar, with Jose alongside, and said Oscar took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. A recent reviewer wrote that JT Energy installed windows and blew insulation into the attic and walls, and said they cleaned up any mess they made and came back to make sure everything was in good working order. A recent customer who had bought an investment property with no insulation in the attic, basement or walls said Tom told them the tenants might be eligible for a full insulation rebate through Eversource, and that they received a 100 percent rebate. A 2026 customer wrote that Tom Marchand asked for an image of an Eversource postcard, that the customer did qualify for a 100% rebate, and that the crew insulated all of the exterior walls, wrapping up in the early afternoon. A 2026 reviewer described the replacement of 18 old windows plus two bow windows at a client's residence, a job that took about three days. A 2025 customer whose full insulation was approved through Springfield Partners said there were leaky spots in the roof, and that they came back and provided a long-term temporary fix so they could insulate before the fiscal year ended. I had a great experience with JT Energy LLC for my home energy audit! Oscar and Jose were both fantastic from start to finish. Oscar led the audit, and it was immediately clear that he has years of experience and really knows his stuff. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Jose was equally great, very professional, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire process. They worked really well together and made the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It's refreshing to work with people who are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about doing a good job. I would highly recommend JT Energy LLC, especially Oscar and Jose, to anyone considering a home energy audit!
Excellent work by JT Energy installing windows and blowing insulation in our attic and walls. Zigfield, Sasha, Andriy, Carlos, Pasha, Chris, Keith, Justin, and anyone else I missed communicated well , respected the residence, and cleaned up any mess they made. I would like to thank the JT Energy crew for insulating my investment property. This property that I had purchased had no insulation in the attic, basement or walls. The tenants complained about being too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. To properly insulate the property would have costs tens of thousands as I gathered quotes from different insulation companies. I finally ran across JT Energy and Tom informed me that my tenants may be eligible for a full insulation rebate via Eversource and that I should submit an application. Lo and behold the tenants and I received a 100 percent rebate. Thanks Tom and Hassem, You and your team communicated well, worked fast, and made sure to cover every detail. Highly recommended!
The men were polite, respectful, and very hard workers. They worked well with each other, great teamwork. I whole heartedly give a 10 plus rating, and would call to use their services in the future. I had total insulation done in a 3 floor house. It was through Springfield Partners.
I can't speak on JT Energy's performance, but can speak on their honesty! Justin came to my house for a quote on insulating my 3-season room. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me on a service that he felt wasn't needed. Although I did not proceed with their service since it would not be beneficial for my needs, I would certainly recommend JT Energy based on their honesty.
