The company's own site lists general pest control along with ant, bed bug, mice, mosquito and rodent control, and it says it offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service. One recent customer wrote that when Nate found termites just feet away from the house on a Friday afternoon, he contacted Dominic, and the two inspected the house and formulated a plan that same day. By 1:15 PM Saturday, that customer said, Nate had all the necessary fixes in, without unnecessary sales tactics. A recent customer who scheduled an exclusion service said Nate worked to ensure all critter entrances to the house were sealed, and that Nate, Greg and Izzy removed attic insulation and installed new insulation while keeping their work area clean. That customer said there was a hiccup on Terminix's end with scheduling and equipment, and the office manager, Amy, stepped in so the job could be completed without interruption. Yellow jackets are part of the work too. A recent customer wrote that Nate crawled under the crawl space to reach yellow jackets nesting in the joists. A 2025 customer said an inspector did not show up for three of four scheduled home pest inspections, with no call or text, and came well after the service window the fourth time. A 2025 customer said a technician did not show during a two-hour window, and customer service could not reach the technician.
