Other customers describe smaller pickups, furniture removal and cleanouts around Cape Cod. Junk Teens says brothers Kirk Jr. McKinney and Jacob McKinney started the business with one pickup truck and expanded into a multi-truck operation employing local high school and college students. It identifies Dylan Grady as the manager of its Cape Cod location. The company lists ten Cape towns from Bourne and Falmouth to Brewster and Chatham, and says reusable items are donated when possible. Furniture jobs have included tight spaces and cleanup afterward. A June 2026 Google customer said Thomas and Stephan removed a sleeper couch left by the previous owner, arrived as scheduled and cleaned the room before leaving. In May 2026, another customer said Dylan and Emily maneuvered furniture out of a basement, climbed under a deck and encountered a hidden bee's nest. They reported that the work took about an hour. An August 2026 customer described a second visit to remove moving debris that had taken over their patio. Several customers praised scheduling and pricing. A June 24, 2026 reviewer requested a quote for hauling garden-shed junk, received a quick response and got an appointment three days later. They said the crew texted and called before arriving, then gave a price and removed the junk. A July 8 customer said pickup was scheduled two days after booking; the crew loaded the items and swept the driveway, and the price was lower than expected. In August, a different customer said the team worked through difficult logistics without changing the original quote. There have also been missed or delayed arrivals. A July 8, 2026 customer said nobody showed up despite a confirmation call that morning; the reviewer later added that Junk Teens offered a sincere apology. An August 5 customer said the crew arrived a little late because of disposal issues before removing backyard debris.
