Just Oil LLC says on its website that it does one thing: deliver home heating oil. A 2026 customer said they were told their previous company would take two weeks to deliver during a cold snap, and Just Oil delivered in one day. The 2026 customer also named Heidy in the office as kind and helpful. A 2022 customer said Mary promised oil the next day and kept her word, and that the driver respected the property. A 2023 customer wrote that Mary called back the same day when a message was left. A 2022 customer in Amenia described fast delivery and personable staff. A 2025 customer in Dutchess County who paid through HEAP said the oil truck arrived at their former address after they had scheduled delivery to a new one, that Heidi in the office said a delivery fee would still be charged, and that she threatened to refuse the delivery. A 2024 customer said that when they called about their bill they got a different story, and that they did not get their oil until the next morning after an error on a card payment.
