Great service! Kyle responded quickly, and was very knowledgeable about our air exchange system. He came when he said he would, was efficient and did a good job of inspecting, cleaning and setting it up to work properly. Would definitely recommend!!!

Kyle himself reached out to me ASAP with an offer to help find out the problem we were having with our heat pump system. We shared information on the heat pump system which gave him an idea of what could be the problem. He came over the next day, when he said he would. Was very efficient and knowledgeable. We have never had a heat pump for source of heat. So we had no idea what was causing the problem we were having. Kyle was very honest and kind. He gave us recommendations without cost. It’s unsettling when you are new to products and you are looking for honest people to help you in these type of situations. Hoping who ever you contact and hire isn’t going to rip you off or do a job they themselves are unsure off. I am very thankful for the service and advice from K&K Efficiency. I will continue to use them for my heating service needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone.
