That 2025 customer also said that after the foundation was poured, they graded the property and built the new driveway. A 2023 customer said Kevin Braza assessed a seawall needing significant repair and reinforcement and presented a proposal. A 2024 customer said Kevin replaced their outdoor stairs and completed the job earlier than anticipated. A 2022 customer said Kevin Braza demolished their historic property and saved historic beams and granite from the building. A 2025 customer said Kevin brought a 15 yard dumpster to their house and never pressured them to return it. A 2025 customer wrote that the septic system Braza put in had failed and the home was only 14 years old. A 2025 customer said a scheduled meeting about a lakeside wall ended in a no-show, with no reply to texts, calls or email.
