Did a great job! Got it done quick and for a reasonable price.

We live in a turn of the century home with old fiberglass insulation in the attic. We had reached out to Mass Save but given the age of the home they were unable to assist with updating our attic insulation. We then reached out to Rogers Insulation who were extremely helpful and referred us to Randy and the team at KAC Insulators. They stopped by to take pictures, discuss spray foam insulation, and provided an estimate shortly after. We were able to have them come in mid August 2026 and take care of the attic for us. The team showed up on a Monday morning and were finished by Wednesday. They uncovered areas of my attic I didn't even know existed! They communicated well throughout the process and we are extremely happy with the end result. My home office is on the same floor and already I can feel the difference. I'm excited to see the difference in the dead of winter and the first heat wave of next summer. And to see the impact on heating/cooling bills! The only negative is that all of us had to be out of the house for the project (big dog, 2 cats, 2 adults, and 2 young kids) but that's just because of the type of insulation.

Fantastic, thorough spray foam job. Did almost the whole house during a renovation including roof rafters and wall. Good attention to detail, respect for the property, efficient without skipping things or shortcuts. Easy to work with Randy and his crew. Highly recommend.
