Reviewers name Tom and Brian, the owners, and Luke. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry, and Google carries a 5.0 across 50 ratings. Three customers make a point of what did not happen at the estimate. An April 2026 homeowner said the roof pricing came in spot on with other estimates and there were no surprise additional charges. A November 2025 customer wrote that Luke walked them through several siding options and there was never any pressure or sales gimmicks. And an October 2025 customer said the team did not try to sell anything unnecessary — they tracked down parts to fix a window with a broken piece instead. The work itself runs the exterior list. In August 2026 one homeowner had a roof replaced and another had the house re-sided; in June 2026 a customer had a roof and gutter guards done, and another had a new screen door installed and coordinated.
