Kady Landscape describes itself on Houzz as a landscaping company founded in 1988 and a fixture among Exeter's local businesses, providing lawn care and landscaping to residential, commercial and condominium properties, plus beach cleaning. Its own website lists a service area running from Exeter and Stratham to Hampton, Portsmouth, Kingston and Brentwood, and says it has been in business 38 years. In a 2024 review, a customer said they had been a Kady customer for several years for lawn maintenance and spring and fall cleanups. A 2024 customer who used Kady for 2 years while living in North Hampton, NH said the team kept the lawn looking good all season and did yard cleanup on a couple of acres with a lot of oaks. A 2024 reviewer wrote that Dave Kady and his team made them feel like a top priority. A 2023 customer said the company plowed their apartment complex once at the start of a storm and not again until it was over, leaving 6+ inches of snow, untreated sidewalks and snow piled in the handicap spaces. In 2022, a customer said their condo association hired the company for snow removal and the sidewalk was not shoveled and the road and walkways were not salted.
