An Angi profile for Kallenback Enterprises at the same Nahant address lists nine years of experience and an HVAC line built around ductless mini-split heating installation and ductless A/C service, with free estimates, credit-card payment, Spanish spoken, weekday hours of 8am to 6pm, and no emergency service or warranties. Angi shows its own "Approved" badge on that page, which is the directory's designation rather than any check of the work, and no customer reviews. The written accounts are four and five years old, so they describe how jobs went then, not necessarily now — but they corroborate each other closely, and the specific failure they describe is the expensive kind: work that needs a second contractor to correct. Anyone considering this shop should ask for references from recent jobs, get the scope and any warranty terms in writing given the Angi listing states none, and hold final payment until the installation has been checked.
