Nowadays, you are lucky if you get a callback, and even luckier if they show up when they are supposed to. Karl always returned phone calls, and showed up when he said he would, and always got the job done. His estimates were always the lowest, and he performed above, and beyond what he said he would do. I have, and will continue to recommend Karl's tree service! He is the best!
