I don’t normally leave negative reviews, and I want to start by saying that Sean and his team were great to work with. They were professional, friendly, and overall did a nice job with the installation and walkway itself. I've even recommended them to others. However, I am extremely disappointed with the long-term outcome of this project. Almost immediately after the installation in 2023, water began pooling behind the new stone background, causing noticeable staining. We reached out multiple times to have this addressed, but no solution was ever identified. We were ultimately told to clean it with vinegar and water — which, as you can see, has not resolved the issue even after three years. In addition, shortly after installation, the platform itself became stained from something as simple as water dripping off a flag and nearby bush after a rainstorm. We were never warned that the stone would be this sensitive or prone to staining. Had we known, we absolutely would not have chosen this material. This was a significant investment for us new homeowners — about $3,000 — and now we’re stuck looking at stained, unattractive stairs every day. It’s frustrating and disappointing that a project we were excited about turned out this way, with no real resolution despite multiple attempts to address the problem.

I have had the pleasure to work with these guys on a current project fairly large multifamily unit in Lincoln. They have been nothing but professional push through the project beat their estimated time of completion and most importantly were compliant with all OSHA standards while performing the services I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of masonry work. The whole team is amazing and Sean the owner is a fear, understanding, easy to work with guy who Gets the industry and Attention to detail is off the charts. Thanks again to the whole team getting us there!!!

Wife and I had our front steps completely replaced which once demo work done, found wooded threshold wood rotten which added to the work. Sean, Casper, and Brian did an outstanding job which we are extremely happy with the results. They listened to our desired design, provided feedback with suggestions. It was a joy to have conversations with the 3 of them.

They did a great job rebuilding my chimney from the roofline up. The brick match is spot on and then Sean did a color tint match by hand. Came out great. Truly craftsman touch. Thanks Keenan masonry. I highly recommend

Professional and reliable. Great communication from the start. Friendly, polite, hardworking crew. Cleaned up everyday. We needed repointing of the fieldstone foundation in the basement of our 100+ year old house. Sean showed knowledge and experience in this type of work. He came by a few times during the week to check on the work being done. Our stone foundation looks SO MUCH better, and is now good for decades ahead. We were pleased with the whole experience and the results. We definitely recommend Keenan Masonry to others, and will keep them in mind for future projects. We will add that the work ( repointing of the stones and then parging over the entire walls) came at a fair price.
