Another customer thanked Hannah for arranging an annual service visit and Marc for confirming what they needed, programming both a purchased remote and the remote in their car, and explaining the door’s condition after servicing it. William Fall of Richmond, New Hampshire, described an urgent repair after backing into a partly opened garage door. In his June 2026 review, he said Keene Door told him it was booked for two or three weeks but would give him priority because of the situation. Thank you Keene door, specifically Hannah and Marc. Hannah was so helpful in the office and knew exactly how to help me and set up for the annual servicing of my garage door. When Marc arrived he was pleasant and took the time to verify what I had discussed with Hannah, who had filled him in on what I needed. I was unable to program the remote I had purchased from Hannah and the remote in my car. Marc was able to program them both and he was very happy to do so. Marc was able to update me on the condition of the garage door after he serviced it. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Keene door as they are very easy to deal with and they went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks Hannah and Marc.
In a moment when rushing for an urgent medical appointment, I backed my car into a parially opened garage door. I called Keene Door and was told they were already booked for two or three weeks, but , given the situation, would give me priority. In the meantime, I managed, with help to open the door enough to get my car out. When I returned home, I found my door had already been restored to perfect working order. From start to finish, we were impressed by everyone involved. They say what they do and do what they say. Our project wasn’t an easy one, as some companies we reached out to declined to do the work due to either the historic nature or the non-standard installation of a garage door into a 240 year old barn. Wasn’t a problem for Keene Door- Greg was an immense help with the prep and design, April handled all the business side professionally and accurately, and Mark made installation look easy (albeit cold :-). Would recommend Keene Door to anyone.
