Keith Guyer Building and Remodeling

If you plan to remodel your kitchen, do not waste your time with the “kitchen remodeling” companies. I hired Keith to design snd remodel my kitchen and it was a big job because my house was built in 1850 and there were some structural issues which he corrected. I am thrilled with the whole thing as he designed an absolutely gorgeous kitchen and it turned out stunning! He works to keep costs down and he stayed true to his estimated quote. He shows up when he says he will and doesn’t leave you waiting and wondering. He is clean, couteous, reliable and extremely meticulous. He goes the extra mile to make your wishes a reality. I wish I could attach a photo because the before and after pictures are hard to believe. If you are doing anything to your home, you should consider using him. You won’t be disappointed.

Maybe not cut people off when your name and business and phone number are on your vehicle. Do you cut corners while building too?

I’ll can say in the many years I have worked with keith he has probably done of the above . He has an incredible amount of skills , is also great with design and detail, very professional, and easy to work with . I would recommend Keith for any type of construction, interior or exterior.

I have been using Keith Guyer for about 15 years. His work is extremely meticulous. He has built me a 10 x 20 shed that was later turned into a photo studio and just recently replaced the staircase in my house. In between he has constructed my 512 square foot deck and my 192 square foot balcony. He has yet to tell me can't do something. Over all I would have to say Keith's best skill is his ingenuity. He can figure out the most complex situations. I'm grateful to have not lost his number over all these years.

Keith is a master carpenter and construction design expert that I would highly recommend. I hired him two years ago to build a shed. It turned out to be so much more than a shed . It is now one of the centerpieces of my yard that I constantly am complimented on. I just wanted a shed, but Keith was able to show me how it could be so much more by adding a new England style porch to it and how that would increase my property value…. He was right! I have had several guests ask me if I intend on using it as a guest house as it matches the architecture of the main house so well. Best of all… The construction of the shed was fast. It was almost built overnight and I could not be happier. Since the shed was finished I have hired Keith to build a 37ft x 18ft cedar deck. It is huge and is amazing solid. Best of all we had an issue with a basement bulkhead access. Keith came up with an idea for a hidden trap door access in the deck. It completely changed the look and feel to the deck and opened up tons of space. Best part…You really have to look hard to find where the trap door it is. Recently I had a party with more than 50 people on the deck at one time. It was rock solid because of the heavy duty solid construction. I have now hired Keith to remove a load bearing wall in my home to create a new greatroom. He brought over samples of manufactured beams to show me how we can hide the new beam and open up the room even more. He always has great ideas and works with the me on how we can make my home improvement ideas even better. Thanks Keith I look forward to a few more major project with you…. Read more
