The work itself is narrow and consistent across every source: basement waterproofing, foundation crack and foundation repair, drainage and grading, masonry repair, and commercial waterproofing. On HomeAdvisor the same company lists foundation, basement and crawlspace waterproofing plus inspection service. What homeowners have written is positive but thin. Three write-ups exist on the BBB page, all favorable — interior basement systems and exterior foundation wall work — and one notes Keller quoted higher than three other companies but included more in the job. None of them carries a star rating or a date, and one body arrives with BBB's own "REMOVED" redaction stamped into the text, so there is no way to tell how current any of it is. That is why the rating here stays cautious: an A+ accreditation and a long trading history are not the same thing as a deep, dated review record. Two things to raise on the call. Ask for the warranty in writing, confirm the registration at the state, and ask for a few recent local references, since the published record is short.
