OnTrack Masonry & Construction

OnTrack Masonry & Construction is a small Somerville masonry outfit with a short written record — just four reviews since 2023 — and a mixed picture. The Better Business Bureau gives the company a C grade, citing one unanswered complaint on file and a short, roughly two-year operating history. Three of the four reviews describe real work: fixing foundation cracks that stopped water and dampness from getting in, a patio project finished on time and within budget, and masonry work one customer called professional with good communication throughout. A fourth review, from 2023, is a one-line complaint — 'very bad service' — with no detail about what went wrong. Given the small sample and the open, unanswered BBB complaint, it's worth asking directly about that complaint and getting the project scope, budget and timeline in writing before hiring.
