- Weekly lawn maintenance — a customer hired Andrew weekly after a vacation mow
- On-time arrival — a customer said Rick is always on time
Kelly Property Services mows lawns, and its website says every mowing service includes string trimming and blowing clippings off hardscapes. A customer who had just moved into a new home said the lawn had been mowed before they arrived but huge clumps of grass were left behind; Andrew cleaned up and bagged the old clippings and left fresh lines in the lawn. A customer had Andrew mow the lawn during a vacation, then hired him for weekly lawn maintenance and said Luke and Andrew work as a team. A customer from Gilford said they show up every week and the lawn looks good when they are done. A customer said Rick is always on time and easy to communicate with. A customer who had never hired anyone before had lawn care services done over the summer because they were busy, and said the lawn had never looked better.

I had some lawn care services done this summer since we were so busy. I have never hired someone before, but man I was glad that I did! It took so much stress away having someone else do it and gave me so much free time to spend with my family. My lawn has never looked better. I could rest easy knowing Kelly Property Services were doing a great job!

Andrew did an absolutely incredible job on our lawn! We had just moved into our new home, and the lawn had been mowed before we arrived but huge clumps of grass had been left behind everywhere. Andrew came in, cleaned up and bagged all of the old clippings, and then left us with the freshest, most perfect lines in the lawn. We came home and were honestly SO grateful. The yard looked completely transformed. We ended up spending the entire afternoon just laying in the grass and enjoying our new home. Andrew clearly takes pride in his work and went above and beyond by taking care of a mess he didn’t even create. Cannot recommend him enough!

We had Andrew mow our lawn while we were away on vacation. He did such an amazing job that we hired him to do our weekly lawn maintenance. Luke and him are a great team and do a wonderful job. We have gotten many compliments on how our lawn looks.
