Kelly Remodeling works room by room — kitchens, baths, basements, and the larger whole-house jobs and additions. James Kelly runs it from 39 Donald Rd in Burlington, listed at (781) 248-1867, with James G Kelly named as the responsible person. The filed work runs 2009 to 2017: eight permitted remodeling jobs in Burlington, Waltham, Methuen, Melrose and Arlington, including the same Methuen address twice, in 2013 and 2015. Repeat work at one house usually says something about how the first job went. For a bath or kitchen remodel around Burlington and the towns just west of it, Kelly is worth a call. Ask for the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and check it yourself on the state's Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation site, then get the scope, the schedule and a certificate of insurance in writing before anyone starts demolition.
