Kellybuilt Company

Cedar siding with custom inlaid shingles, concrete counters, aluminum railings fabricated in house — the work Kellybuilt Company puts forward sits at the detail end of homebuilding. The Hull, Massachusetts company describes itself as a custom home builder and finish-carpentry outfit, and its own blurb claims over 15 years at it. What it offers runs from the whole house down to the trim: new homes, additions and full remodels, accessory dwelling units and universal design at one end; porticos and enclosed entryways, decks and pergolas, home theater rooms and fine finish carpentry at the other. It describes its coverage as Hull and the surrounding areas, on the South Shore, without naming towns. Two projects are posted on its Houzz profile. If the inlaid-shingle work or the concrete counters are what draw you, ask to walk a finished job near you, and get the scope, the schedule and the price in writing before anything starts.
