Kellybuilt Company works out of Hull, and its list of work reads more like a finish carpenter's than a production builder's: porticos and enclosed entryways, decks and pergolas, aluminum fabrication and railings, cedar siding with custom inlaid shingles, home theatre rooms, concrete counters and artisan work. New homes, additions and full remodels head the list, but the detail work is what fills it out, and universal design and accessory dwelling units are on there too. The company's own blurb claims 'over 15 years' at it. Beyond that there is not much published to go on — two projects on its Houzz page, and no reviews yet; Houzz still shows the invitation to write the first one. Stated coverage is 'Hull and the surrounding areas', with no towns named. One thing worth knowing if you found the company through a north-of-Boston search: the Marblehead heading on that Houzz page is the site's own nearby-category boilerplate, not a place this company says it works. Hull is a South Shore town. If the aluminum railings or the inlaid-shingle cedar siding are what caught your eye, this is a shop to shortlist on craft rather than on track record. Ask to walk a finished job in person, get references from the two posted projects, and ask for the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and construction supervisor licence numbers in writing so you can check them yourself before committing.
