The reviews back up the range: a front door replacement that several other contractors had already turned down as impossible, which Eric solved after actually studying the problem; a rubber roof built with custom sanded rafters to work on an unusually shallow 2-3 pitch that a 2020 review reported was still holding up five years later with zero issues; a second-floor porch rebuild that included reshaping a bay-window wall and installing new windows; and a custom bedroom platform with steps and a larger window, built from the homeowner's own hand-drawn sketch specifically to open up a view of the Bay.
