Kenco Development is a Wakefield, MA general contractor. On its BBB profile it describes itself as a full-service commercial general contractor and construction management company serving New England, specializing in ground-up construction and commercial renovation and remodel work. Its own website says it started out as a young company willing to work around the clock to get a project its CO on time. Kenco Development holds a Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence, number 180607, that is active on the state registry. In an April 2026 Google review, the owner of a dental practice in Barrington, Rhode Island says they have hired Kenco Development about four separate times over the last 10 years as the practice expanded, for buildout work that included plumbing, painting, front desk design, electrical and computer wiring, suction and flooring. The same reviewer calls Shane, the owner, excellent, says Kenco has never failed on deadlines and that the estimates are accurate and fair, and says they know the practice likes to keep operating during construction. A 2024 news report said Kenco Development of Wakefield joined a construction project in 2023, with construction anticipated to be completed in early spring of 2025. A 2024 Google review complained that a driver of a company vehicle stopped in the middle of Route 95 to yell and scream at another car.
