We hired Mike to renovate two bathrooms and couldn't be happier. My wife and I contracted Mike to convert our home's old three-season porch into a new guest room, and to add an adjacent outdoor patio. The quality of the work was excellent; Mike is both a skilled worker and extremely knowledgeable as a general contractor. With that said, what really set Mike apart was how he communicated with us and how he managed the project. From the first day we met him, he spoke to us as partners, not just as clients. He was friendly, transparent, and thorough in answering our questions, and proactively shared information with us as the project progressed. He was always responsive via text, and we always felt "in the loop". When a local vendor accidentally sent a bundle of lumber through our garage door, Mike held the vendor accountable and made sure that the garage door was replaced. We'll likely be doing more work on our home in the next few years, and Mike will be the first person we call.
