Five of the six Google reviews for One Source Construction name the same person: Mike. A homeowner writing in April 2026 hired him to renovate two bathrooms and said what set him apart from the other contractors they had talked to was his knowledge, his attention to detail, and that he listened to what mattered to them and came back with ideas of his own. The jobs behind the rest of those reviews are the mid-size, multi-trade kind. A December 2024 customer described a kitchen renovation and singled out communication and responsiveness; another that same month had a main-floor bathroom remodel plus interior doors and windows replaced, and credited the check-ins along the way and the scheduling of subcontractors. In April 2024 a couple had an old three-season porch converted into a guest room with an adjacent patio, and a 2021 reviewer wrote about a kitchen and half-bath renovation. Mike Moreschi founded the company, which describes him as a master electrician and general contractor and puts itself at 15 years in business; its site lists construction, remodeling, carpentry and residential and commercial electrical work. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #201320, is active. A May 2024 reviewer called the pricing extremely fair and liked being able to hand over several projects at once instead of hiring separately for each. If your project runs across trades — a bath or kitchen that needs electrical, carpentry and a few subs pulled together — that is the shape of the work these customers describe. Ask how the electrical portion of your job will be handled, and get the scope and the subcontractor schedule in writing before demo starts.
We hired Mike to renovate two bathrooms and couldn't be happier. We had talked to other contractors and what set Mike apart from the beginning was his knowledge, attention to detail, and that he listened to what was important to us and gave us ideas based upon what we needed. Once the construction started, Mike was professional, communicated clearly and let us know what to expect. He thought through each decision with us and the bathrooms look and work beautifully. My wife and I contracted Mike to convert our home's old three-season porch into a new guest room, and to add an adjacent outdoor patio. The quality of the work was excellent; Mike is both a skilled worker and extremely knowledgeable as a general contractor. With that said, what really set Mike apart was how he communicated with us and how he managed the project. From the first day we met him, he spoke to us as partners, not just as clients. He was friendly, transparent, and thorough in answering our questions, and proactively shared information with us as the project progressed. He was always responsive via text, and we always felt "in the loop". When a local vendor accidentally sent a bundle of lumber through our garage door, Mike held the vendor accountable and made sure that the garage door was replaced. We'll likely be doing more work on our home in the next few years, and Mike will be the first person we call.
